About Us

Hello, my name is Peter Nolan

I have Restless Leg Syndrome - RLS - and irritable bowl syndrome - IBS. My name is Peter Nolan aged 71 from Dublin Ireland. I’m happy to say I have a doctorate in experimental physics that was awarded to me in November 1986 that was over 38 years ago. I am probably the only person today who understands why we get RLS because I know for certain how I got RLS myself. In June of 2005 I got a deep panic attack and there was a massive release of adrenaline into my body that flooded my brain and caused me to get RLS immediately because of the effect the adrenaline had on my brain. Thankfully I developed therapies that I use to the present to stop the RLS.

ABOUT IBS

I also have irritable bowel syndrome - IBS -

Most importantly of all because I have been holding my breath since November 1971 over 53 years ago. The only person in Ireland who understands this is Irish psychotherapist and author Stella Ó’Malley: http://www.stellaomalley.com Yes people can have an upset stomach and digestive system and bowels say 5% of the population for purely natural reasons but those of us like me who hold our breaths have IBS when of course we must compose a brand new name for what happens to us in our core when we hold our breath. Can you think of a new name? Holding my breath has had a devastating effect on my life. It has destroyed my whole life. There are no words to describe how bad I feel having a knotted core with all the muscles in my core in spasm. At last however I’m healing feeling much better as the muscles in my core are now returning to normal in a healing process that began in February 2011 during which time I got down on my knees in prayer saying thanks. I have suffered unimaginably after I eat my dinner every day - no words. It will take months longer before I will fully recover however but I will now. I’m hoping and praying that my three therapies for the RLS will work for you and that I’m making a fantastic breakthrough by saying that holding my breath is the reason why I have this so called IBS when for me we need a new name for what’s happening and not IBS.
